Most gambling products and their marketing are designed to keep you gambling. No form of gambling is entirely risk-free, but some types of gambling are more harmful than others and have a high risk of causing gambling addiction and harm to mental health.
We are here to make it easy for people to get the right help. Many people aren’t offered the right support or don’t realise that what they are experiencing is related to gambling (e.g. anxiety and insomnia). It is common to experience harm from gambling.
